Order number and a one-line reason. We process a full refund within 30 days of delivery, jar open or unopened — you don't need to ship the jar back.
Reaction or skin response
Describe the reaction, your skin context, and how long after application. We take these seriously and log them against batch — see /allergens for what we already know.
Press or journalism
Put "Press" in the subject. Founder interviews, sample requests, and fact-checking all respond faster.
